Restaurant in an old mill revisiting local Alsatian recipes with its delicate and original dishes
Next to the Maison du Pays Welche, this restaurant is located in an old mill on the banks of the river Ure, in a setting set in stone and wood. In the kitchen with his team, Alain Schmitt brilliantly revisits the recipes of the Alsatian soil to elaborate delicate and original dishes, poetically presented on the plate. He has a great fondness for quail's egg accompanied by a potato mousse and French farmer Baeri caviar. The Thai style steamed pink trout fillet from the valley is also a favourite. A beautiful semi-gastronomic address.
