This butcher's shop, unlike any other, aims to promote local game from Fréland and its surroundings. Its owners get their supplies directly from local hunters to prepare beautiful pieces of fresh meat and to elaborate delicious specialties in their workshop. Wild boar chops, venison entrecote, roast doe, 3 game pierrade, bacon, sausages and other smoked filet mignon, various terrines (we love the one of venison with figs and gingerbread!): there is something for all tastes and all occasions!

En m’arrêtant par hasard dans un magasin de producteurs à Hachimette, j’ai acheté un chorizo de sanglier. Magnifique saucisson sec, pas gras, beaucoup de saveur, bien équilibré. J’avais bien entendu parler des deux jeunes entrepreneurs qui ce sont spécialisés dans la viande sauvages installés à Fréland. Mais je ne connaissais pas Nemrod. Une belle découverte.
