It's the second-highest mountain on Mull, with a summit at 766 m. Any walker can conquer the first 550 meters of altitude. Indeed, two communication antennae are served by an excellent trail that's easy to follow, even for those put off by maps. Please note that there are no real parking spaces. The ascent to the second antenna requires good legs. The view over the whole of eastern Mull and the nearby coast is breathtaking. Beyond that, and to reach Dun Da Ghaoithe, you'll need to be a seasoned hiker.
