This restaurant is definitely the trendiest gourmet address in the Upper Laurentians. On the plate, local flavours are the mainstay of the establishment, with dishes inspired by Old World bistros. Lémarettes has also built its reputation on cocktails, including a dozen "Découvertes" such as the camerise mojito.
