MICROBRASSERIE DU LIÈVRE

Microbrewery which produces, among others, Partridge White, a white wine on the lees with orange peel and coriander aromas, L'Empêchement, a sour peach beer, Jackalope, a strong imperial brown, and El Diablo, a barley wine with woody and vanilla aromas. Homemade beers can be enjoyed at the local pub, adjacent to the brewing facilities. Open every day, there is a menu featuring, among other things, a plate of homemade smoked trout, candied duck leg, tartars, sausages and sauerkraut with beer, etc...
