Jimmy Bibrac is one of those chefs who regularly win awards for their talent. The dishes he proposes are as tasty as they are aesthetically pleasing, proof of the savoir-faire of this chef in perpetual renewal. He works with local producers and fishermen, and uses vegetables straight from his Creole garden. The homemade bread is served while still warm. Each dish is explained as it is served. You'll taste the flavors of Guadeloupe, but in a West Indian gastronomic version. On-site, a lobster tank and a fine old rum cellar.
