FOOD FESTIVAL

It's well known that the Lofoten Islands are not at the bottom of the list when it comes to cuisine, fresh produce and local products! Well, this festival is an ode to that cuisine, by the locals, for everyone. For three days to a week, head to Leknes and several other spots on the Lofoten Islands to sample the specialities of this archipelago and Northern Norway. On the menu for this food festival, lots of fish of course, but also revisited recipes, sweet treats for gourmets, entertainment and the chance to chat with producers!
