Located right on Sinquerim beach, Palms N Sands serves good seafood cooked Western, Indian(tandoori) or Goanese (try the balchao shrimp ), but also meat, pasta, burgers and desserts (ohh the suzette crepes!). Nice cocktail menu and credit cards accepted. The owners are friendly and take care of their customers' satisfaction. The establishment also offers a nice view on the sea and deckchairs are available for customers. A sure value.
