BANYAN TREE

The Banyan Tree is the restaurant of the luxurious Taj Holiday resort. It takes its name from the three hundred year old banyan tree that stands in the hotel's garden. All Thai specialties, to start with, the delicious green papaya salad, green or red curries with coconut, tangy soups, flambéed prawns. Some Chinese and Japanese specialties are also on the menu. Inside in a superb room full of woodwork, or outside with hundred-year-old trees as a backdrop and music in the background. Top of the line.
