Created on the initiative of Damian, a local boy who spent many years in the United States and returned home after discovering an uncommon way of eating here, the food-truck, this place offers a whole range of local cuisine styles in one place. Like food-trucks, in fact, the colorful little shacks are each staffed by a family, and each cook offers her own specialty.
