Despite the historical decline of cocoa farming in Trinidad and Tobago, one plantation resists and markets its 70% cocoa in chocolate bars. To better understand this traditional agriculture, it offers tours of the property with a naturalist guide and various tastings of chocolate products of course. The must is the culinary evening (from December 15 to April 15) which includes a tour of the plantation, a dinner of local cuisine and a tasting of rum and chocolate, made here of course.
