We love the place and the food! Gaspard Noury and Méline Vieira's generous cuisine, based on quality produce, is unrivalled in the area, with its stone interior and view over the countryside. Gaspard works with plants like no one else, and vegetables are cooked with mastery: leeks go well with oysters, Jerusalem artichokes with scallops, and the rest is just as good. It's as close to gastronomy as you can get, including in the lunch menus.
