Stéphanie Conrad, a peasant daughter, set up his dairy processing laboratory in 2009. Since then, it has developed various organic products and under designation of controlled origin based on milk harvested on the surrounding farms: tomb, yogurt and fruit, white cheese, fresh cream, pasteurized milk in bottle, milk rice, chocolate desserts… and even camemberts with raw milk molded to the daring of great cheesemakers.
