Welcome to Anjajavy, temple of well-being where time seems to be frozen in exquisite and tasty beatitude. One of the pioneering establishments of luxury, but now has a few serious competitors in Madagascar. Not snob or manipulated for a penny (useless to be undermined as a Pope, you are on holiday!), the whole is classified 4 stars Relais & Châteaux: nothing sexy (outside the price), nothing overdone. The 24 rooftop villas (and satrana for cover) are very comfortable: Terrace on the sea, lounge, mezzanine, bathroom with bath, separate toilets, individual and silent air conditioning, mini bar (mineral water offered). A large swimming pool and a beach for swimming. Behind the bungalows, the Oasis (designed by the Parisian landscape designer Camille Muller) is a haven of tranquility, a tropical enchantment of plants and flowers. Lemons come to badge at tea time. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is located next to a natural reserve of 550 hectares, where more than 1,800 plant species are grown, most of them endemic. Many activities are proposed. Some are free and free access (catamaran, caves and villages, canoeing, paddle, bird watching…), others are paying: boat trip to Moramba Bay, up from mangrove with aperitif at sunset, or out fishing.
