The Tsoumani family grow their own produce and source the rest from local producers, offering a particularly meticulous traditional cuisine that also makes room for Zagrian recipes that are hard to find elsewhere. Everything is homemade, from baked lamb and souvla (meat on a spit) to vegetable and cheese pies. All dishes are made with local produce. It's also a hotel with 6 beautiful rooms if you want to take advantage of the many hiking trails in the area.
