OLD TOWN & PORT
Small, well-preserved streets with facades typical of and Danish architecture.
The small streets of the old town, well preserved, are charming, with their typical facades of the Danish architecture of the XVII-th century. The sea front (Am Hafen), on the small fishing and recreational harbour, Binnenhafen, is particularly beautiful and ideal for the promenade, with a series of th century dome houses. The Am Markt main square is also charming, with its small church, its Renaissance city hotel and its bourgeois houses with brick or white facade.
