Chef Ezra Kedem has launched his farm in Ein Kerem, where he has set up his "artist's studio" in a magnificent glass cube offering splendid 360-degree views. Here, he offers on-demand tasting menus, by personalized reservation only, as well as group cooking workshops: after a tour of his vegetable gardens, you learn a few recipes in the kitchen, before tasting them. It's a true farm-to-table experience, with dishes of character created with a know-how that gives products a voice, in all their flavors.
