The Eugène Pesch Museum is housed in the Maison Depienne on the former mine site in the village of Lasauvage. In collaboration with the Musée National d'Histoire Naturelle, it presents the geological history of the region. The many minerals and fossils on display give visitors an insight into rock formation, crystal genesis and fossilization. In a second room, the mining tools collected by Eugène Pesch (1908-1991) provide an insight into life and work underground, through the reconstruction of a mining gallery.
