Carmen, always smiling, welcomes you every day except Sunday to serve her traditional Amerindian cuisine. The products come from the garden, and the meals are original, hearty and tasty. The great specialties of the Agami restaurant: wood meat with manioc pancake and never-been-tasted grilled in banana leaf. A must-try! Reservations recommended. Her husband Geronimo also organizes 4-hour pirogue trips on the Maroni. Carbet available to hang your hammock.

4 years after our first visit, we are returned to the Agami restaurant and we had the same pleasure with the cuisine of Carmen, especially never-tasted caught by her husband and cooked with wood fire in a banana leaf (set menu). The setting is simple and very nice, and Carmen and her husband are adorable.

Super meal Carmen! Chicken stock with manioc then never- enjoyed in banana leaf always good each time!
The joy of Carmen will delight you at the highest point!
However the meal never changes do not expect to eat 3 times suite! (2 that can still be ^^)

Very warm welcome. Carmen served a very copious meal to us and " Never gouté" is excellent. The sleeping in hammock is very pleasant, calm night. Some small animals (spider, mosquitoes...) nothing malicious good, it is just need to be protected.
