On the kitchen side, it is a surprise to see a restaurant of this quality operating in Papua New Guinea. With several specialities around seafood products, the chef blends Melanesian, European and Asian culture for very successful dishes. But the success of the Silver Leaf is above all due to the magnificent pieces of New Zealand meat matured to perfection. To note, a nice selection of wines from the region and France.
