In fact, it's a four-star campsite spread over 30 acres, with 24 beautiful pitches. For this feature, we've concentrated on the restaurant section. Simone Burgart, Jean-Luc Burgart's partner, is the chef at the restaurant they both founded. On the menu, regional gastronomy and good living: winegrower's salad, Alsatian potée, baeckaoffe or sauerkraut garnie and fried carp.
