Days start early at the farmhouse inn, the Munsch family knows that. Pauline will welcome you in a good mood. Nicolas is at the beginning of the chain. He is the one who milks and then makes the cheese whose heart of the Massif, a tomme cheese made with milk from the Vosges mountains! Here we practice organic farming, just as the market gardeners and the wines of Alsace are biodynamic. You will be served throughout the day, excellent cold plates of cheese, bacon from the farm... or a good glass of warm milk from the farm or a glühwein in winter!

The room is tastefully decorated. We will remember the kindness of the reception. The dishes served are copious and excellent.
The cottage cheese with seasonal fruit is too good!
You can buy cheeses organic (barkass, Munster, volume), organic bibalakass and even the jam of dandelion.
An address to remember.
Idéalement placée, elle est le point de départ de nombreuses randonnées (Markstein, Grand Ballon, lac du ballon).
Le cadre tout en bois est chaleureux, l'accueil souriant et chaleureux.
Les assiettes sont généreuses, mais la qualité de certains plats (tourte vosgienne, pot au feu, tarte aux myrtilles) moyenne .
Bien meilleurs, les fromages, munster, tomette à l'ail des ours, Bargkass et chèvres à consommer sur place ou à emporter.
Attention, la réservation s'impose car la salle intérieure est petite et les soirées sont fraîches.
