GAEC MERCIER
The Mercier family has been holding dairy and processing cows since 1987. Gérard and Monique, then Valéry and Flavie at the helm. In the country of the camembert and soft pasta, they innovated by developing a county cheese that they baptized the Carrouges. Great good took them because their cheese sold very well. Today, every year, 1,000 coffees of cooked pressed Carred Carred are released from their refining cellars. It can be bought on the farm or in markets where loyal customers queue in front of their very animated trucks: Tuesday in Argentan, Wednesday in Carrouges, Thursday in Alençon or La Ferté-Macé, Saturday in Alençon or Bagnoles-de-l 'Orne-Normandie. We love its fruity taste with mild hazelnut flavor.
