This artisanale fair lasts days. The place vibrates with the rhythms of percussion, jugglers, magic towers and especially folk dance performances. Also take advantage of demonstrations of some 400 artisans and artists from all over India, such as Rajasthan painters, workers on the south metal, or tribal weavers in the north-east tribes. Several foreign artists are also invited each year (Thailand, Egypt, Russia, Sri Lanka, Tajikistan). Every year, a particular theme or part of India is in Honour. The fair is especially animated on weekends, as it attracts many Delhiites. If you fear the crowd, prefer to come in week.
