Nature serves as a framework for this old building in the th century typical Norman century nestled in the heart of the Forêt-Valdieu forest. The table cultivates the classics: duck conflict, black boudin aumonière, homemade gras and salmon in gravelax… All at very reasonable prices.

In this February 26th, 2011
We were 3 starving accomplices and choose the menu at €37.50.
Our identical choice: 3 Followed Foie Gras by 3 sweetbreads lobster - 1/2 bottle Quincy with more €20! and I, Buzet 2004 drinking.
Foie gras arrive in the view you will believe it smoked so it is brown and dry. (in my opinion cut from several days, stored cold without a film), a horror taste, worse than the view.
Let us pass, calf sweetbreads arrive sensibly both barrel: The dish cold but just warm, sweetbreads it farinaceous without sauce covered with very dry and shrivelled crayfish tails. I served captive 15 inches long hair.
Accompanying the same: a broccoli puree drinking cup very dry, a cold risottos and half a tomato very frozen and swim in its waters. Here for the dish.
The only consumable one of the establishment: Norman cheese trilogy frozen uninteresting but edible and iced nougat certainly not " maison" for dessert.
To finish to say? simply ashamed for a bill also €150.
Fortunately, there are other tables in Normandy to honour gastronomy.
