The good smells of this beautiful store titillate the nostrils! Tripe is one of the specialties of Mireille and Gilles Lehoulle. Butcher and pork butcher since 1991, Gilles has won several trophies over the years thanks to this well-tried recipe: cooked in cider for more than fifteen hours, his tripe comes out almost candied and melts under the tongue.
