HISTORIC KINGS LANDING VILLAGE
A historic village that provides an accurate picture of Loyalist life in the area in the 19th century.
This village was reconstructed around old buildings saved from the construction of the Mactaquac Dam, built after the American Revolutionary War by former soldiers of the King's Dragoon Regiments. Other buildings were then transported to to provide an accurate picture of Loyalist life in the area in the 19th century. In addition, there are figures in period dress explaining the daily work of rural life in the past.
