MARITIME MUSEUM

At the end of Scenic Drive 199, on Cape Gridley overlooking La Grave, is this museum, which has undergone a rejuvenation with major work that has also made it greener. Its permanent exhibition, "Living in the Islands - Living the Islands", covers all aspects of the history of the archipelago and the life of the Magdalen Islands: daily life, fishing, navigation, education, etc. Temporary exhibitions also take place throughout the year. Don't miss: the sperm whale skeleton and its ivory teeth!
