Quai 360 is the brainchild of François Gaulin and his wife Nathalie Miousse. An exceptional table on the Îles de la Madeleine gourmet scene, it offers market cuisine according to season and arrival: Grande-Entrée oysters, Îles d'Îles lamb dumplings, lobster risotto with braised fennel and espuma, filet mignon and buttered snow crab, and more. A fine wine list accompanies everything, not to mention cocktails like Quai 360's famous Bloody Caesar with house bacon and spicy olive. A must-try!
