A trip to the Magdalen Islands would not be complete without discovering them by sea. Several escapades are offered by Excursions en Mer, all in the company of qualified guides: caves and cliffs with seabird observation, Entry Island with a self-guided tour of the island, seals and the lagoon environment (a must if you have children), mackerel fishing (our favourite, and you leave with a meal!). Boats and Zodiacs are available, with frequent departures in season.
