With the idea that another way of raising animals, cultivating vegetable gardens, respecting the environment and enjoying the gastronomic pleasures of the terroir is possible, M**BUN opened its first establishment in Rivoli in 2009. Close to the castle, this veritable Piedmontese institution offers exquisite, authentic Piedmontese products in a modern, innovative, local and inexpensive form, all without preservatives or colorants. Three other establishments have since opened, this time in Turin.

Pranzo veloce, solo di passaggio, cibo buono come sempre patatine fritte home made (si sente e si vede che non sono surgelate).

Poca gente nel locale ma tempi di attesa abbastanza lunghi, patatine unte, tris di tartare poco saporite di condimenti aggiuntivi.
