CENTRO CICOGNE E ANATIDI
Bird protection center with the initial objective of reintroducing the white stork.
The center has been in existence since 1985. Managed by the French League for the Protection of Birds, its initial aim was to reintroduce the white stork, a species that had disappeared from Italian skies. The result was a success, and it was only natural that the project should be extended to include anatidae, i.e. our beloved ducks and geese, some of whose species were, or still are, threatened with extinction. Lovers of birds and nature will enjoy hours of peace and quiet watching them in just over 15 hectares of unspoilt countryside...
