CERAMIC MUSEUM
Museum presenting the stages of manufacture of the ceramics with their decorations.
Housed in the Palazzo Fauzone di Germagnano, this museum bears witness to the city's important ceramics production between the 19th century and the 1970s. The collection (over 600 pieces) is made up of donations from antique dealer Carlo Baggioli and entrepreneur Marco Levi, the last owner of the Vedova Besio & Figlio factory. The 17 rooms present the different stages in the manufacture of ceramics, with pieces created using a variety of techniques: brush painting, stencilling and the English transfer print method.
