A must in the heart of the city, this well-kept osteria offers traditional Monferrato cuisine, with interesting authentic recipes to sample. In the spotlight: homemade pasta, local classics such as knife-beaten raw beef tartare, famous boiled meats (excellent bagna cauda!) and, in season, truffles, of course, and their many culinary variations. Gourmet homemade desserts are not to be missed, and some fine local wines are available to accompany the dishes.

Servizio impeccabile, cibo di qualità media, si trova di meglio e ad un prezzo inferiore sulle colline intorno, es. Cellamonte.
Soprattutto grande locale, non trattato acusticamente con un rumore di parlato così alto da frastornarci, non riuscire nemmeno a parlarci gridando, e scappare saltando il secondo.
Mai più ed in tre, mia moglie, mia Zia ed il sottoscritto non lo consigliamo a nessuno. Noi siamo venuti apposta da Milano a Casale, ma nella grande città posti con la stessa qualità, ma molto silenziosi, si trovano con facilità.
Assolutamente sconsigliato, cercate Agriturismo a Cellamonte o sulle colline monferrine!
