Farm on an estate in Sainte-Marguerite-de-Carrouges, organising visits to the programme and exhibitions of old tools
Corinne and Hugues Desfrièches’ farm boasts no less than 12 hectares of orchards, tended according to strict organic farming standards. On this estate, all production is carried out in the traditional way: apple juice, pear juice, perry, brut and demi-sec cider, pommeau de Normandie AOC, white brandy and calvados AOC. The farm is open to the public every day, and tours are scheduled to explain the farming activity, processing and ageing cellars. There’s also an exhibition of antique tools.
