CATTEDRALE NOSTRA SIGNORA ASSUNTA
Imposing Romanesque church housing a set of sacred objects.
The town's first religious building, this imposing Romanesque church (1067) retains only three apses, the transept, the crypt and the bell tower. The façade dates back to the 15th century, with a beautifully crafted marble portal dating from 1481. Inside, you can admire a collection of sacred objects, including the triptych of the Madonna de Montserrat (1480) by Spanish painter Bartolomé Bermejo. Along the right nave is the cloister of the Canons, built around 1495.
