Yet, on the plate, the local flavors remain as special as ever. Don't miss the ravioli al sugo di Gavi, with its braised wine sauce... And, of course, the wine list is a marvel to behold. The service is perfect, either in the pretty dining room or in the garden. Highly recommended!

We visit Cantine del Gavi several times per year. This is a fantastic place - excellent food and wines. The people at the restaurant are very observant and very nice. The quality of the food is a Michelin star worthy. Do not miss this place. You get a loot of quality for reasonable money. And we have never been disappointed.
