Since the 1970s, the Rolando family has run this beautiful pastry shop in the centre of Tortona, an unmissable haunt for gourmets and gourmands. Although its specialities are numerous, it is especially known for its Baci di Dama (lady's kisses). Small oval biscuits united by a thin veil of chocolate, the Baci di Dama are the jewel of the city. Their reputation has long since spread beyond the Piedmontese and even national borders, but it is here that the best are to be found. A visit is mandatory!
