Two-star chef Antonino Cannavacciuolo, star of the kitchen, has opened a three-level café and bistro in the heart of Novara, on the site of a former theater. Interesting upscale culinary proposals, combining Neapolitan-inspired recipes (Cannavacciuolo hails from Vico Equense, near Sorrento) and northern flavors. Wine tasting is also available.

Closed Mondays, Tuesdays and second half of August. Bistrot 12:30-14:30 and 19:30-22:30 (Café 8:30-15:30 and 17:30-22h weekdays, 9am-midnight weekends). Menus: 5 courses 110 €, 7 courses 130 €. Main course 30-45 €.

29/09/2021. Esperienza unica, nel pomeriggio ho usufruito di un regalo ed ho assistito alla realizzazione di alcuni piatti dello Chef Manicone, la sera ho prenotato un tavolo assieme alla mia famiglia e ho gustato la mia cena. Ottimi piatti, fatti con cura ed attenzione. Tutto ottimo!
