A large hotel complex with a warm welcome and a lounge bar that offers excellent cocktails

This large hotel complex is not impersonal. Its decoration and warm welcome will make you feel at home! The bar offers excellent cocktails that you can enjoy facing the river. You can splash around in the hot tub, and do your laps in the hotel pool. Tennis courts are available, a rarity in Costa Rica. The hotel is not at the foot of the volcano but it has the merit of being in the middle of nature and offering unique facilities.

Un lugar hermoso! Las habitaciones amplias, limpias con ducha deliciosa, las instalaciones son preciosas, tienen los jardines preciosos y con buen mantenimiento todo el lugar, la piscina es grande, el jacuzzi súper lindo y con vista que relaja. Está a 40min aproximadamente de La Fortuna. El personal es súper atento y la comida de verdad que es deliciosa! No tengo ni una sola queja, espero volver pronto! 100% recomendado

What an amazing experience! My husband booked us here as part of an Engage Pickleball camp. The San Carlis River flows right through the resort . I didn’t play pickleball, but so enjoyed the amazing excursions: a 2 mile hike around Arenal Volcano National Park, a soak in a thermal hot springs, a nature safari float down the Penas Blancas River, and a tour of the Rescate Wildlife Rescue Center. There were many other activities such as adventure parks, ATV rides, bird watching, and more, but hey, I’m in my 70’s!!! The food was delicious and plentiful. The rooms were spacious and comfortable. My only recommendation would be to request a river front room.

In die Jahre gekommene Anlage. Zimmer recht dunkel und muffig. Das Bad war nicht richtig geputzt u.a. noch Zahnpastateste im Waschbecken.

Weitläufige toll gelegene Hotel Anlage. Eignet sich für Familien wie für einzelne Personen. Tiere auf dem Areal auffindbar. Iguanas, viele Vogelarten, Affen und Schmetterlinge.
