If you ask the locals where to eat good meat, they will certainly tell you Manti! Famous for its magnificent view of the Tenorio volcano and the surrounding countryside, this small restaurant with a somewhat austere look serves "high end" dishes when compared to other establishments in the area! The meat is perfectly cooked (it melts in your mouth...), the products are well seasoned and the plates are generous. The owners are adorable and very welcoming. The service is particularly attentive.
