The Bergerie welcomes you in full daylight. Gîtes of character, the th century buildings have been tastefully restored according to the old techniques with ecological materials (wood, mud, lime, hemp). Result: this traditional agricultural ensemble of the Houlme has preserved its charm, with interior colombages, stone paving and hay racks (the owners are awarded 2009 of the René Fontaine Prize of the French Peasant Houses), all combined with modern furnishings and flowery decoration. Nice to wish! It is difficult to be seduced by this haven of tranquillity dedicated to nature. Each cottage bears the name of a flower: …, Peony, Rose Trémière… Tree-lined terraces and relaxation areas are located on the 6000 m ². With a little chance, you can even watch the baking of bread or treat yourself to a teurgoule (delicious rice cake) baked by wood (initiation to techniques of mud, hemp and bread oven upon request).
