Museum of popular culture with a small office in Santa Lucía de Heredia, featuring furniture and objects from the late century
Open to the general public since 1994, it is in an adobe house dating from the end of the 19th century that we tried to preserve the daily decor of the time. Some furniture and objects are exposed, but there are very few. An illustrated brochure tells the story of the family of President Alfredo González Flores Zamora who lived here. You will notice the small desk at the back of the house: the secretary contains only books in French, surely a background of secondhand goods. Possibility to have lunch at the museum's restaurant on weekends.
