If you're looking for a restaurant for a marriage proposal, this is it. Apospero is set in a small village square in Chora, with a few trees and a row of windmills in the distance. The cuisine, modernized Greek, is impeccable: smoked sea bream or mackerel with their deliciously golden potatoes, bruschetta with tomato marmalade, pickled onions and anchovies, a platter of goat's or sheep's cheeses, dessert with custard, cinnamon, walnuts and kadaïf... All washed down with a little Moschofilero!
