MAKRYAMMOS BUNGALOWS

Good concept, poor customer service, very low hygiene.

Good location - close to the the ferry, but in the forest. Some of the bungalows have a nice sea view. Other are far away from the sea so you need to either use your car or call for the golf car which is available at the complex. Small but nice beach, water is not getting deep the first 20m which makes it suitable for children. Beach is not clean.

The most uncomfortable beds and pillows ever. Double bed consists of two separate mattresses. Rooms are not cleaned well. One day the cleaning ladies came after 2:30 to clean the room. We asked them to come after 4 o'clock as the time between 2-4 is used for rest and we are with a small child who really needs to get a nap. They told us that thejr shift is ending so they will not be present after 4....We shared that at the reception and they told us that we can request a specific timeframe for cleaning?!? Is that serious?! I told that it is worldwide accepted to have quiet time between 2-4. The last day of our stay the cleaning lady started knocking at our door at 8 o'clock asking when we will be leaving...I think the staff should be aware of the check in/out hours. Super annoying.

Food at the restaurant was ok, food quality could be improved though. Beverages are expensive. There was only nescafe at beakfast. Coffee is served by the waitress, which I also don't find ok as they can simply leave everyone to get it and not make people wait for them, especially if you drink more than one coffee in the morning. Plates were not washed well, were sticky.
We ended with a virus vomiting two days in a row. As I understand, we were not the only one.

Öncelikle şunu belirteyim , denizin sığ ve az dalgalı olması , plajın kum olması , site içerisinde çok az araç trafiği olması nedeniyle çocuklar için çok uygun . Güzel bir kumsal , temiz bir deniz, ilgili personel, güzel konum, yenilenmiş odalar, makul fiyat . Gayet memnun kaldık . Kumsalın temizlenmemesi nedeniyle ayakları kesebilen deniz kabukları hariç bir problemimiz olmadı . Öneri olarak ; Buz dolaplarına içecek konulması, oda temizliğinin daha titizlikle yapılmasını ve üstte de belirttiğim plajın temizlenmesini sıralayabilirim.

The bungalows are stylish, food is good but the best are the surroundings and the beach - they are very brautiful!
However we are not very satisfied with the service - we were a group of four families and I did one reservation for us all and asked to be together -in the same house or as close as possible. Reservation was done 8 months prior our holiday! We were assured they will try their best to put us together. When we arrived, we were in all different ends of the base, as far from each other as possible! They said they can't change anything and didn't even excuse themselves for not even trying to fulfil our request.

Awful experience. We got stung by the countless bees ???? several times, we got yelled at from the staff two times and at the end whole resort was sick and we could hear people from rooms around us throwing up, we got sick as well which speaks volumes of the level of hygiene in the resort. Lovely beach where I would never go again due to the service - you pay 4 stars and receive 1 star most.
