Nice hotel-restaurant at the foot of the mountains in Jasper with a friendly family atmosphere.
Very recognizable by its pointed roof, the hotel is located at the foot of the mountains, which can be admired from some rooms. This friendly hotel, one of the oldest in the city, is also home to a popular restaurant (Papa George's), where you can enjoy a hearty breakfast, as well as a lively and very famous bar called De'd Dog Bar & Grill. The atmosphere is family and friendly. The premises have been run by the same family for over 90 years, when the hotel was still called Hotel Cavell before being renamed Astoria Hotel.
