This hostel is located near the Calabazo entrance of Tayrona Park, on the Sierra Nevada side, with the Piedra River at 10 minutes walking distance and the beaches at 15 minutes by bus. "Mama Tayrona" is Fabienne, a French-English-Colombian ethnologist, who, with her son, has created this hostel with a quiet and family atmosphere. The dormitories and the private rooms, simple and functional, have a superb view on the tropical forest. A friendly bar-resto under a rancho, where you can eat very well, and a large swimming pool to cool off.
