El lugar está abandonado, el servicio es pésimo, no responden el teléfono, llegamos ha almorzar y no había servicio de restaurante.

El día 5 de enero de 2024 realice una reserva la cual se canceló el mismo día y me dijeron que no había llegado ningún pago, a lo que me dicen que debo contactarme con la contadora que por cierto no responde y después me comunico con bancolombia y con capturas y todo se ve que se hace efectivo el pago, después vuelvo a escribir y me dicen que ellos no son los encargados de el área y me vuelven a enviar con la contadora pero aún no veo respuesta y vuelvo y escribo y no recibo respuesta aún.
Hasta la fecha sigo esperando alguna respuesta del hotel

Recomendadisimo lugar para ´sar sus vacaciones, excelente atención, la zona de la piscina y el jacuzzi super recomendado y super aseada, lo mas lindo es ir a coger café con tu familia y hacer todo el proceso, dar tetero a los terneros es excelente para niños y adultos, las habitaciones muy comodas y muy aseadas, baños bonitos y con agua caliente, todo el lugar es precioso y la atencíon es muy buena, las comidas muy sabrosas y la carta con muha variedad. Espero que no vayan desmejorar algo.

Hotel situé dans un joli parc avec une vue magnifique.
Les chambres sont confortables et spacieuses avec terrasse.
Le WiFi est inexistant dans les chambres,  intermittent ou non fonctionnel  dans les parties communes. (Service)
Le petit déjeuner est délicieux.  Le dîner est bon.
Éviter la chambre 18 car il y a des remontées d odeur d'égout dans la salle de bain ça sentait l ammoniaque en permanence. Pas de chance j ai eu cette chambre là. Pendant plusieurs jours.
Il y a une piscine et un jacuzzi avec de l eau chaude.

Un lugar muy bonito y muy tradicional, petfriendly, grande y acogedor, el servicio excelente, lo único malo es la mala señal móvil y wifi del sector pero todo lo demás muy bien.
