This emblematic restaurant on Baumana Street is a must. Tatar cuisine of the highest quality in a large room with a majestic Art Deco decor. Of course, prices follow, but the place is worth a visit. You have to think about booking in advance, and dress up. This is the perfect place to continue your discovery of Tatar cuisine with less consensual dishes: meat, game and other horse sausages, but which are cooked in a very refined way.
