It is imperative to take a look at the market central ! It has several halls, and an outdoor area where Kazanians sell their private crops. Inside, it is a marvel for the senses and you will find fresh and dry products of very good quality. We must stop for lunch in the Uzbek café nestled in a corner of the meat hall, then finish the meal by tasting the wonderful baklavas sold by a Tatar grandmother in the stand just across the street.
